    Can you do some cabin hunting for Johnny Mac and I? We're going to need to know the market there in 40 years.

    40 years, get me out there in 25. But please do the cabin hunting, and find some place with lots of wood, because we are going to need to do a lot whittling, when we're not kicking pigs of course.
