Bow fishing

Apparently this is a thing!  Met this guy a couple days ago.  He was bow fishing for Asian Carp.  The equipment is basically a bow and arrow, only the arrow is connected back to a fishing reel.  I saw him shoot and reel in a carp while I was there!
